What time is Check In and Check Out?
Check in from 4pm and
Check out by 10am.
Is there a starter/welcome pack in the pod?
Yes, we provide
Tea bags, coffee, sugar, fresh pint of semi skimmed milk & a local homemade
shortbread for your arrival.
Can you park next to the pod?
There is 1 parking space at each
pod. Any additional cars please park in our additional parking area.
How far to the nearest petrol station/shops?
Aberfeldy is our
local town which is located just 1.5 miles away and offers a petrol station, Co-op,
post office along with some lovely shops, cafes and restaurants.
Are the beds made up on arrival?
Yes, all beds are made up for
your arrival. If you are using the sofa bed, this requires to be arranged prior to
arrival so we can leave linen for you to use during your stay. The linen will be
placed in the storage compartment in the sofa.
Is there a BBQ?
There is currently no BBQ's at each pod,
however, if you wish to use a disposable BBQ during your stay, please DO NOT use on
the decking area.
Can pets be left unattended in the pod?
Please DO NOT leave
pets unattended in your Pod.
What happens if I arrive late?
Please notify us prior to
arrival if you are arriving late. We can put the key in the key safe located at
your pod, which will require a code to open.
How and when can I pay for my holiday?
25% deposit is
required to secure your booking, then the outstanding 75% balance is required to be
paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Is Pitilie Pods Wheel Chair/buggy accessible?
Sorry, all our holiday properties are not wheelchair accessible. A pram could be
used on the patio's but there are steps.
What is the smoking policy?
We have a NO Smoking policy in all
our holiday properties.
Do you provide towels?
Yes, we provide a hand & bath towel
per person but recommend you bring your own hot tub towels.
Is there a torch?
No torches are provided but we would advise
bringing one in the darker nights. Each pod does have an outside light.
What should I bring for my pet?
Please bring all your pets
essentials, bed, bowls, lead, drying towel and poo bags!
Is there access to the Pods and Annexe all year round?
During the winter period, especially December, January & February, please only
book if arriving in a 4x4 vehicle. Our drive way is a private road and can be
rather tricky to drive on snowy days. Please note the Pods are closed from 1st
January - 12th February 2022
Is there a security deposit to pay?
take a security deposit, however you are responsible for the pod, contents and hot
tub during your stay. If anything is broken/damaged during your stay, please report
this to us. Further to the T&C's you, there may be charges applicable.
Do we accept group bookings?
We would like to accommodate
your requirements wherever possible and if you would like to hire the whole site
please either email or call us to discuss. We would like to discourage larger
parties for hen/stags, as there is no communal area.
