What time is Check In and Check Out?

Is there a starter/welcome pack in the pod?
Yes, we provide tea bags, coffee, hot
chocolate, sugar, fresh pint of semi skimmed milk & a local homemade shortbread for your arrival.

There are no toiletries provided however we do supply Carex hand wash in the shower room of each Pod,
the en-suites & downstairs toilet in The Annexe.
What do we provide in the Kitchen?
Crockery, cutlery, glassware, egg cups, Pirex dishes, grater, utensils, measuring jug, sieve, bowl,
knives, chopping board, bottle/wine opener, peeler, frying pan, pots & baking tray, two dish towels,
washing up liquid and scourer.
There are plastic glasses for the Pods with Hot Tubs, The Annexe.
In the Annexe it has washing machine and dishwasher. We provide 3 washing
machine tablets per stay and a dishwashing tablet per day for the duration of your stay.
Can you park next to the pod?
There is 1 parking space at each pod. Any additional
cars please park in our additional parking area.
The Annexe has ample parking.
How far to the nearest petrol station/shops?
Aberfeldy is our local town which is
located just 1.5 miles away and offers a petrol station, Co-op, post office along with some lovely
shops, cafes, restaurants & takeaways. Tesco, Morrisons & Asda all deliver to our postcode
which may be helpful for longer stays. There is also a cinema, swimming pool, putting green and
children's play park in the town.
Are the beds made up on arrival?
Yes, all beds are made up for your arrival. If
you are using the sofa bed in the Pod, this requires to be arranged prior to arrival so we can leave
linen for you to use during your stay. The linen will be placed in the storage compartment in the
Linen for the cube bed in the Annexe can be found in the storage drawer of the king bedroom at the top
of the stairs on the left. (FOR CHILDREN ONLY)
Is there a BBQ?
There is currently no BBQ's at each pod, however, if you wish
to use a disposable BBQ during your stay, please DO NOT use on the decking area.
If you wish to use a disposable BBQ at The Annexe please use on the gravel and not the
slabs or grass.
NO FIRES ARE ALLOWED DURNG YOUR STAY
Can pets be left unattended in the pod?
No, please DO NOT leave pets unattended in
your Pod at any time.
What should I bring for my pet?
Please bring all your pets essentials, bed, bowls,
lead, drying towel and poo bags!
What happens if I arrive late?
Please notify us prior to arrival if you are
arriving late. We can put the key in the key safe located at your Pod, which will require a code to

How and when can I pay for my holiday?
50% deposit is required to secure your
booking, then the outstanding 50% balance is required to be paid 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Is Pitilie Pods Wheel Chair/buggy accessible?
Sorry, all our holiday
properties are not wheelchair accessible. A pram could be used on the patio's but there are steps.
What is the smoking policy?
We have a NO Smoking policy in all our holiday
Do you provide towels?
Yes, we provide a hand & bath towel per person but
recommend you bring your own hot tub towels.
Bathrobes, are provided for all adults staying in The Annexe.
Is there a torch?
No torches are provided but we would advise bringing one in the
darker nights. Each Pod does have an outside light. The Annexe has outside lights on the Patio.
Is there access to the Pods, The Annexe all
During the winter period, especially December, January & February,
please only book if arriving in a 4x4 vehicle. Our drive way is a private road and can be rather tricky
to drive on snowy days. Please note the Pods are closed from 1st January - 11th February 2022. The
Annexe are open all year round.
Is there a security deposit to pay?
No security deposit is required but we
do ask for you to please report of any damages during your stay.
Do we accept group bookings?
We would like to accommodate your requirements
wherever possible and if you would like to hire the whole site please either email or call us to
discuss. We would like to discourage larger parties for hen/stags, as there is no communal area.
