In reference to Covid-19, we only ask for 25% deposit to confirm your reservation
Normally we ask for the outstanding balance to be paid 4 weeks prior to the arrival
date, however we ask you NOT to pay, this until we have an update from the Scottish
If the Scottish Government do not allow us to have guests staying, we will email
you, asking you to move your holiday, to an alternative date (subject to
availability). Please note that we have two price brackets, off peak and peak, so
depending on what date you move to, this might reflect in a price change.
Alternatively, if you do not know what date you wish to move to, we can transfer
your 25% deposit, to a voucher code, which is valid for 12 months from the transfer
date. This means you need to book your holiday within the 12 months, that the
voucher is valid but you are not required to stay within the 12 months.
